Sous chef

Stoup Kenmore is looking for a hands-on Sous Chef to support daily service, lead the line, and help keep our kitchen running smoothly. If you re a calm, organized leader who loves great food and a community taproom vibe, we d like to meet you.

What you ll doLead and support line execution during service; jump in on any station as needed.

Prep planning and production to ensure consistent quality and ticket times.

Coach and train BOH staff; set standards for cleanliness, organization, and communication.

Maintain food safety and sanitation practices; support allergen awareness and compliance.

Assist with ordering, receiving, inventory, and waste reduction.

Help develop and execute specials and seasonal menu items.

What we re looking for2+ years in a leadership role (Sous Chef/Lead Line Cook or similar) in a high-volume kitchen.

Strong cooking fundamentals, speed, and consistency under pressure.

Solid communication and team-first leadership style.

ServSafe is a plus (or willingness to obtain).Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
