In this vital role, you will assist the Executive Sous in overseeing daily kitchen activities, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety standards, and efficient service. Your expertise in fine dining, food production, and team management will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Assist in supervising all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow during all shifts Lead food preparation and cooking processes to uphold high standards of quality and presentation Manage inventory control and food safety procedures to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations Oversee dietary department activities, including special menu planning and accommodating dietary restrictions Support banquet and catering services by coordinating large-scale food production and service logistics Supervise kitchen staff, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated team Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the kitchen environment Collaborate with restaurant management on menu development, shift scheduling, and operational improvements Experience Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced culinary setting, preferably within fine dining or hotel environments Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food handling, preparation, and presentation Demonstrated expertise in banquet service, catering operations, and kitchen management Familiarity with inventory management systems and food safety protocols Experience managing teams in high-volume kitchens with a focus on hospitality excellence Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities effectively Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your skills make a tangible impact!
