Camp Kalsman is seeking a passionate Sous Chef for our kitchen operations and support our culinary team in serving nutritious, delicious meals to our camp community. This is a full-time seasonal position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead line cook operations and mentor kitchen staff membersExecute large batch cooking for 250+ campers and staff dailyMaintain food safety and sanitation standardsCollaborate with the head chef/Kitchen manager on food preparation and meal serviceFoster a positive, supportive kitchen culture
