Job Summary:

As a Sous Chef at Pierre's Restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in menu development and food preparation, contributing to our renowned dining experience. This position involves overseeing kitchen operations while collaborating with the management team to drive growth and excellence. We seek a culinary professional with outstanding leadership and communication skills, committed to upholding the highest standards in fine dining.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 6+ years of culinary management experience in a fine dining or upscale hotel setting. A deep passion for hospitality and exceptional cuisine. Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with the capability to work effectively under pressure. Availability for extended work hours, demonstrating flexibility and motivation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee and elevate culinary operations, ensuring a consistent and exceptional dining experience. Manage and guide kitchen staff, promoting excellence and creativity. Uphold stringent food quality and safety standards. Conduct comprehensive kitchen management, including scheduling, recruitment, training, and mentoring of staff. Ensure adherence to health regulations and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Expertise in a range of culinary styles, especially in blending international cuisines. Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, dynamic settings.
