We are seeking a full-time Operations & Growth Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury spa while helping drive team performance, client experience, organization, and overall business growth. This is not a typical front desk position. We are looking for someone who thrives in leadership, takes ownership naturally, loves creating systems and organization, and is passionate about helping both clients and team members feel supported, confident, and cared for. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day spa operations Manage staff scheduling and accountability Ensure exceptional client experience Help drive package sales, retail sales, and promotions Monitor KPIs and business performance Handle client concerns professionally and compassionately Support team culture and morale Assist with marketing events and promotions Oversee inventory and operational organization Ensure smooth daily workflow and efficiency Help ownership continue scaling and growing the business Qualifications Previous management or leadership experience required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills Sales-minded while maintaining a relationship-focused approach Experience in med spa, aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, retail, or healthcare preferred Comfortable leading a team and holding accountability Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems/software Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Employee discounts on services and products Positive and supportive team culture About Inspired Beauty Inspired Beauty is a growing aesthetics and wellness practice located in Manlius, NY.
