Position Responsibilities:

Welcome and warmly greet members / guests upon arrival Answer phones and assist with client check in /check out while providing exceptional customer service Effectively educate clients to sell memberships, service enhancements, products and gift cards by phone or in person Follow proper Spa procedures, booking protocol and payment processing Promote health / wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance Be a team player who supports the Massage Therapists and Estheticians to ensure smooth business operations Perform various other spa responsibilities What we
