Manage inventory levels of sterile supplies and medical equipment, accurately tracking usage and restocking as needed. Document sterilization cycles, maintenance activities, and inventory records meticulously to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Prepare sterilized instruments for distribution to various hospital departments or surgical units. Follow detailed protocols based on physiology and anatomy knowledge to handle specialized equipment correctly. Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely availability of sterile supplies. Skills Strong understanding of sterile processing procedures and aseptic techniques to prevent contamination. Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to properly handle specialized surgical instruments. Proficiency in inventory management systems to track supplies efficiently.
