This position will serve as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring they have all necessary amenities like robes and refreshments prior to and following treatment. The role is a blend of providing massage treatment support, hospitality, facility maintenance, and customer support.

Guest Hospitality:

Greet guests and escort them to treatment rooms.

Facility Upkeep:

Clean and sanitize massage rooms throughout the day.

Amenity Management:

Restock massage towels, massage cream, robes, and slippers; manage the collection and delivering of dirty linens to the laundry.

Refreshment Service:

Prepare water prior to and following treatment.

Safety & Security:

Monitor facility use to ensure guest safety and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent is standard.

Customer Service:
