The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in food industry management, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse staff and customers. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring food quality and safety, managing staff training, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Previous experience in restaurant management, kitchen operations, or hospitality management is highly valued. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions Train, mentor, and supervise staff to uphold service standards and food safety protocols Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth workflow during busy hours Monitor food production processes to maintain quality and consistency Enforce health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas Assist in hiring processes including interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members Implement training & development programs to enhance staff skills Manage customer relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Support catering, banquet services, or special events as needed Skills Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English for effective communication with staff and customers Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Strong leadership abilities with previous management or supervisory experience in food service or hospitality environments Excellent customer service skills with a focus on team management and staff training Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage inventory efficiently Experience in quick service & fast food restaurant operations or casual dining environments Knowledge of kitchen management, food production, catering, and beverage services including barista or coffee experience preferred Skills in budgeting, training & development, food safety compliance, and restaurant management software applications Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality and food quality This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about the food industry to make a positive impact within a vibrant team environment.
