Job Description

If so, this Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative role in Orlando, FL is built for you. In this role, you're not just answering calls—you're helping people navigate challenges and leave every interaction feeling supported. Work Schedule (40 hours/week) You will work 5 days per week within the following schedule: Monday
Friday:
10:45 AM- 7:15
PM Saturday:
8:00 AM- 4:30 PM Sunday off + one weekday off (assigned based on business needs) Training (First 2 Weeks): Monday
Friday:
10:45 AM- 7:15 PM What You'll Do As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative , you will: Be the person customers rely on to solve problems and find answers Handle inbound calls related to accounts, toll invoices, and DMV inquiries Listen actively, show empathy, and guide customers to the right solution Navigate multiple systems while staying focused on the customer experience Deliver outcomes that meet both customer needs and company standards What You Bring You're someone who thrives on helping others and finding solutions.
You likely have:
