Spanish Bilingual Night Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish-English) Night Shift Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations during the overnight hours. Responsibilities Supervise night shift warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and safety compliance. Oversee inventory control procedures using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 to maintain accurate stock levels and streamline distribution processes. Coordinate logistics activities for 3PL providers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and shipment of goods. Conduct regular process improvements to optimize warehouse workflows, reduce errors, and enhance overall efficiency. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards by conducting safety audits, enforcing proper equipment use (including forklift operation), and promoting a safety-first culture. Manage shipping & receiving operations, including heavy lifting procedures and materials handling equipment such as forklifts. Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, shift reports, incident reports, and inbound/outbound logs for accountability. Requirements Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication across diverse teams. Proven experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles within a distribution or logistics environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS), AS400, logistics principles, and warehouse management best practices. Hands-on experience with forklift operation; certification preferred but not mandatory if willing to obtain upon hire. Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment and heavy lifting techniques. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards applicable to warehousing operations. Experience working with e-commerce fulfillment centers or 3PL providers is highly desirable.
