The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing guest services, performing night audits, and maintaining accurate financial records while providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all reports. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, during the night shift. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to assist guests effectively. Operate phone systems with professionalism and proper phone etiquette. Prepare daily financial reports and reconcile discrepancies as needed. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Skills Strong background in hospitality or hotel management is preferred. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in night audit processes and financial reporting. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of service.
