Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification. Proven experience working with students who have a range of disabilities. Thorough understanding of IEP development, implementation, and monitoring. Commitment to fostering a supportive and positive classroom culture.Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality instruction to students with diverse learning needs. Create, update, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Work closely with general education teachers, aides, and other specialists to support inclusive practices. Utilize a variety of assessment methods to monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Engage families as partners in their child's education and provide regular updates on progress. Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory and district guidelines. Contribute your expertise to a collaborative school environment while helping students build confidence and academic success.
