Key Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania Special Education certification required Experience working with preschool or early childhood-aged children (ages 3-5) strongly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt and individualize lessons for diverse learning needs Committed to fostering an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct special education services to assigned students, initially with a small caseload that will gradually increase Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams Track student progress and adjust instructional strategies to promote growth and achievement Serve as an advocate for students, ensuring their needs are met in compliance with state guidelines Partner closely with parents, school staff, and related service providers for optimal student outcomes Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
