Job Description

Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract Make an impact in the upcoming 26/27 school year as a Special Education Teacher supporting students in the Fryerberg, Maine area. This contract opportunity is ideal for educators who are passionate about providing high-quality, individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs within a supportive school community.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Active Special Education Teacher certification Demonstrated experience working in special education settings (elementary, middle, or high school) Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance practices Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students
