Qualifications and Experience:
Valid certification in Special Education, meeting state requirements Proven experience working with students with disabilities in elementary or secondary settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and colleagues Ability to adapt lessons and instruction to accommodate various learning styles and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent classroom management abilities and a nurturing approach to student development Familiarity with assistive technologies and differentiated instruction methods is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
