This contract role begins as soon as possible and runs through June 10th, offering a consistent 37.5-hour workweek. Located near Burnsville, MN, you'll focus on a manageable caseload of just five students, allowing you to provide individualized support and make meaningful connections. In this inclusive classroom environment, two dedicated paraprofessionals are on hand to assist, and you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other professionals to help each student succeed. The classroom serves students with a range of needs, including two learners on altered school day schedules, providing a dynamic and flexible teaching experience.

Key Qualifications:

Active teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain) Experience working with students with EBD or a strong passion for supporting diverse learners Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and behavioral interventions Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs

Primary Responsibilities:
