Key Qualifications:

Active state Special Education Teacher certification meeting all regulatory requirements Demonstrated experience providing individualized instruction and services to students with diverse learning needs Strong collaboration skills to work alongside general educators, service providers, and families Comfort and enthusiasm for an in-person setting (virtual-only applicants not considered) Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students on caseload Adapt instructional material and strategies to accommodate varying abilities and learning styles Work in partnership with staff and parents to support student progress and well-being Collect and analyze student data for progress monitoring and required reporting Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the school team Provide direct instruction, interventions, and supports to students in accordance with state regulations and best practices This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week position, running from August 28, 2026, through June 18, 2027. Caseload assignments are determined following internal considerations, ensuring the best possible fit for both teachers and students.
