Position Title:

Special Education Paraprofessionals for Extended School Year (ESY 2026)

Reports To:

Director of Student Support Services

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or Pass ParaPro Exam
• Knowledge of effective instructional and behavior management techniques and strategies
• Experience working with students with disabilities
• Appropriate oral & written communication skills
• Ability to deal effectively with students and co-workers

Responsibilities:

oAttend orientation/planning (date/time TBD) oReview and have a working knowledge of each student's IEP oPrepare classroom/learning environment oProvide direct services to special needs students oFollow directions from special education teachers and administration

Salary:

$18 for non-district employees and $20 for District Employees 3 hours per day (9 a.m. - 12 p.m.) Closing Date for
