We are seeking a dedicated educator to provide high-quality special education services to students from kindergarten through grade 12, with current openings supporting K-3 Resource or 6-8 Resource Math programs. Under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator, you will play a vital role in creating meaningful learning experiences that help students reach their full academic and personal potential. Position Overview The Special Education Teacher provides direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs. This role emphasizes collaboration with general education staff, active participation in IEP planning, and the thoughtful implementation of student-centered programs, including special instruction, tutorial assistance, and consultation. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to plan and implement student programs Provide instructional support within resource settings Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Uphold all professional standards of practice and compliance requirements Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (preferred) Valid state teaching certificate as required by state, contract, or district regulations Minimum of one year of experience in a teaching environment (preferred) State Teacher Certification (preferred):

Standard Elementary Teaching Standard Secondary Teaching Standard Special Teaching Endorsement:

Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) preferred Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements Current CPR certification, if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, if applicable Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must be at least 18 years of age Why Join Us?
