JOB DESCRIPTION

Phillipsburg School District is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Special Education Teacher to serve students in an Emotional Regulation Impairment classroom for students in grades 1 and 2. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong classroom management skills, the ability to build positive relationships with students and families, and experience implementing individualized instructional and behavioral supports to promote academic, social, and emotional growth. The candidate should be committed to fostering a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment while collaborating effectively with colleagues, related service providers, and administration.
