• 9:30 AM (Morning Run) & 2:30 PM
• 5:30 PM (Afternoon Run)

Compensation:

$800.00 bi-weekly Independent Contractor position, 1099 hire

About Us:

DMW Brothers Dispatch is dedicated to providing safe and reliable transportation for individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Bus Aide to support our drivers and assist passengers during their daily commutes to and from their day programs.

Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with boarding and exiting the vehicle safely. Provide supervision and support during transport to ensure a comfortable and secure ride. Communicate effectively with passengers and address their needs as required. Monitor passenger behavior and follow safety protocols to maintain a positive environment. Collaborate with the driver to ensure timely and efficient transportation. Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred but not required. Ability to provide compassionate care and maintain a professional demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation to and from the depot for scheduled shifts. Must be punctual and dependable. Why Join Us?
