You have to be comfortable with farm life and animals being around. We have a rotating seasonal menu of over 550 different pizzas, so a good general knowledge of food is essential. We grow a lot of toppings right here, and work with other local farms for fresh produce - cutting and chopping skills are helpful. And, it probably goes without saying, but you really do have to love pizza. Our farm store is only open 5 hours a week every Saturday, with the majority of our orders coming in through our website during the week. The pizza making roles do not have any customer interaction, but you will occassionally have to pretend to listen to stories from our farming family.
