Monday-Friday (37.5 hours) | School Hours | No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays InSync Consulting Services is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher (SPED) to support students within in South Carolina . This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a collaborative educational setting where you can focus on helping students succeed academically and developmentally. This position supports a low incidence classroom with a caseload of approximately 12 students . The classroom also includes paraprofessional support , allowing the teacher to focus on instruction, individualized learning plans, and student progress. Monday - Friday, aligned with school hours (37.5 Hours)

Setting:

School-based, low incidence classroom

Student Caseload:

Approximately 12 students

Classroom Support:

Paraprofessional (para) support provided Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students Provide differentiated instruction tailored to student needs Support students with low incidence disabilities in a structured classroom environment Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and school staff Track student progress and maintain required documentation Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and the educational team Required Qualifications Active South Carolina teaching license Multi-Categorical Special Education endorsement required Experience working with students with significant or low incidence disabilities preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Why Work in a School Setting?
