Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students in a dynamic educational environment. Two onsite opportunities are available for highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologists prepared to make a direct impact on learners from kindergarten through 12th grade with a range of mild to severe diagnoses. This assignment spans through June 3rd, 2026, providing the chance to shape young lives while collaborating with passionate educational teams. These full-time roles (37.5 hours per week) offer hands-on involvement and case management, giving you the chance to lead, advocate, and support students' success throughout the current and upcoming school year.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Current license (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in California schools Experience in K-12 educational settings, particularly serving diverse student needs Ability to manage caseloads, implement evidence-based therapy, and document progress Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct SLP services to students onsite in K-12 settings Address speech, language, and communication challenges for a broad range of diagnoses Conduct assessments and deliver individualized intervention plans Serve as case manager, ensuring compliance with IEPs and related documentation Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary staff to foster student growth Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered culture Take advantage of a stable assignment, gain comprehensive experience, and make lasting connections within the school community.
