DESCRIPTION

Evaluate levels of speech and language Identify goals for treatment Create and carry out individualized plan that addresses specific functional needs Help coordinate speech, hearing and language services for the school Be involved in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans for students when appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS

NYS Certification as a Speech and Language Disabilities Teacher NYS Professional Speech Pathologist License Knowledge of curriculum and effective instructional strategies Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team

STARTING DATE

September 2026

SALARY:

$54,357 (2025-26 Base Salary). Consideration for additional salary may be granted based on education and experience
