Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful difference in students' lives as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is a must Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or motivation to obtain one) Experience in a school-based setting is preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Committed to fostering student development and working closely with families and teams
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services customized to student needs Administer assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals Collaborate with teachers, staff, and guardians to support holistic student progress Document progress and maintain accurate records according to best practices and school guidelines Actively participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings as needed
