Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year at a very small K-12 charter school located in Bremerton, WA. The school serves a diverse student population, and this role involves managing a comprehensive caseload across all grade levels. Responsibilities include providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders for students K-12. The SLP will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs. Maintaining accurate records, tracking student progress, and participating in multidisciplinary meetings are essential components of this role.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience managing an educational caseload in a school setting Ability to work effectively with students of diverse ages and backgrounds Strong communication and collaboration skills Willingness to consider candidates who are available for travel assignments This contract position offers an hourly rate between $50 and $65, commensurate with experience.
