This is a field-based role where you'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while delivering meaningful, one-on-one care in patients' homes. What you'll do: Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Support patients with communication, breathing, and feeding challenges Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team and case managers Educate patients and families while advocating for the best outcomes Why this role stands out: Flexible schedule
