Job Description

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a travel SLP and use your skills where they're needed most. You'll help patients improve communication and swallowing disorders while exploring a new part of the country. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required. Active Missouri state license or compact privilege required to start the assignment. Minimum 1 year of SLP clinical experience required. Long Term Care (LTC) or skilled nursing/rehab experience required. Ability to assess and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders using standardized assessments and evidence-based practice. Experience documenting per regulatory and clinical requirements and recording treatment minutes accurately. Ability to supervise and support CFY or student SLPs. BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC. New graduates considered only if Level II clinical experience is documented (not limited to Level I observation).
Assignment Details Facility Type:
Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Pattern:
Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts. Start time should be consistent and communicated with Director of Rehab. Therapists requested to start no earlier than before 6:00 AM and no later than 10:00 AM.
Assignment Duration:
13 week travel assignment.
Weekend Requirement:
No weekends required unless a holiday falls on a weekday; then hours may be made up on the weekend. Candidate must hold active ASHA certification and state licensure and adhere to ASHA and state practice acts and ethics.
