26-27 School Year ________________________________________ Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team. The SLP will work with students across a range of grade levels to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. This role is essential in supporting students' academic success, social development, and overall well-being. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized and informal assessment tools
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student needs and educational goals
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff on communication strategies and accommodations
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed ________________________________________ Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (or Clinical Fellow welcome to apply)
  • Experience in a school setting preferred but not required
