ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in Bailey, Colorado. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive school environment, helping students develop essential communication skills.

Hourly pay range: $40

Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development Monitor and evaluate student outcomes and adjust therapy plans as needed
