Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pediatric speech therapy, patient assessment, and anatomy knowledge, with a focus on early intervention. This role involves providing comprehensive speech and language services to residents, particularly children in school or pediatric settings, ensuring optimal communication outcomes through patient-centered care.

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, with an emphasis on pediatrics and early intervention. Deliver evidence-based speech therapy interventions aimed at improving communication skills and swallowing functions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to support patient progress. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in compliance with regulatory standards. Educate patients and their families about therapy goals, techniques, and strategies for ongoing support at home. Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology practices, physiology knowledge, and medical terminology to enhance patient care quality. Skills Proven experience working with pediatric populations within school or clinical settings. Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and intervention strategies for various communication disorders. Familiarity with patient assessment tools and diagnostic procedures related to speech, language, and swallowing functions. Excellent understanding of anatomy and physiology relevant to speech production and swallowing processes. Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to healthcare environments.
