Category Healthcare Description Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - PRN $55.00 hourly rate Trach/Vent Skilled Nursing Facility | Up to 30 Hours per Week Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapist-led team. - Provide speech-language therapy services in a skilled nursing facility
- Evaluate and treat patients with swallowing, speech, and cognitive-communication disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, and facility staff Qualifications
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- Trach/vent experience preferred but not required
