Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Take on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students and schools with speech-language pathology expertise. Multiple full-time SLP positions are available for the entire 2026-2027 school year. Collaborate with a team of professionals in a dynamic educational environment, serving a diverse student population spanning various age groups. Flexible placement across age groups can be tailored to your background or preference.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Hold current (or eligible for) state licensure or certification as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants encouraged to apply Strong foundation in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders within school settings Comfort working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and other school staff Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assessments for speech, language, and communication needs Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted therapy for students Maintain regular documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with required school and state guidelines Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student growth and success Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations for services and accommodations Engage in ongoing professional development and training Why consider this assignment?
