Speech Language Pathologist in Palo Verde, AZ

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Palo Verde, AZ. This contract role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the communication development of students within a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions. Utilize evidence-based practices to support student communication goals. Work closely with a supporting Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Experience working within a school setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and school personnel. Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

Location:

Position is based in Palo Verde, Arizona. Work schedule is Tuesday through Friday each week.
