Office Assistant

Agriculture office in Palo Verde is seeking a reliable and detail orientated person to handle daily administrative business for a dairy and farm operation. This is an opportunity for someone who is organized and self-motivated to work in a small office environment. The position is Monday through Thursday and half day Friday, 32 hrs., $19.00 - $21.00 hourly depending on experience. This job requires being proficient in both Spanish and English, a high school diploma, or the equivalent, computer skills with Microsoft office applications, and familiarity with Quick Books accounting software. Key responsibilities are managing office billings and records, bookkeeping tasks, assisting with data entry, and communicating with employees in Spanish and English.
