Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a meaningful contract opportunity working with high school students, providing direct support as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in an engaging educational environment near Westminster, MD. In this full-time position, you'll play a key role in helping students achieve their communication goals while collaborating with a strong, supportive school team. Desired Skills & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to diverse student needs Passion for supporting students' personal and academic growth
What You'll Do:
Provide push-in speech-language therapy services directly within classroom settings Assess, diagnose, and treat high school students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support generalization of communication skills Maintain accurate records of student progress and document services provided Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development Experience a rewarding school environment where your contributions create lasting positive change.
