Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an engaging opportunity to utilize your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist within a vibrant educational setting. You will collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to maximize each student's potential in a rewarding, community-focused environment.
Qualifications and Experience Sought:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but will consider strong CFY candidates Previous experience in school settings preferred Solid understanding of IEP processes and special education laws Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work well independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on student needs Conduct screenings and evaluations; contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with regulatory guidelines Guide, consult, and support educators and parents about student communication needs Stay current with the latest developments in the field to deliver high-quality care This contract role offers professional growth, meaningful impact on student lives, and the flexibility that allows you to balance your passion with your personal goals.
