Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist! Beginning in September 2026 and continuing through November 2026, you'll work closely with 4th-6th grade students to help them develop critical communication skills that shape academic and social success. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, providing ample time to make a meaningful difference each day. This is an exceptional chance to contribute your expertise in a supportive school environment. Both SLPs holding the CCC credential and Clinical Fellows (CFY) ready to grow in a dynamic setting are welcome to apply.
Desired qualifications and experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required Active, valid state licensure or eligibility ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply School-based SLP experience, especially with elementary-aged children, considered a plus Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment Key responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in 4th through 6th grades Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and communication goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized educational plans Adapt interventions to diverse student learning needs This role allows you to work closely with students, families, and educators in a school community invested in student growth.
