Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Discover an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students as an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist at a welcoming school near Rossville, GA. Preferred candidates should hold or be working towards their Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or be completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active or pending state licensure to practice as an SLP Hold or be eligible for CCC or be in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Background in educational or pediatric settings preferred Knowledge of IEP process and documentation standards Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and team members
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for K-12 students Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy into daily routines Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of required documentation Provide consultation and ongoing support to families and school personnel Participate in student review meetings and offer professional insight
