Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Compensation:
$40-$55 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support multiple school sites in Little Rock, AR. This full-time role involves working with a K-12 caseload, providing evaluation, intervention, and collaborative support to help students improve communication skills and succeed academically. We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines Support a range of speech and language needs across student populations
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) with supervision available Strong communication and organizational skills
