Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills and support academic success. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational programs. Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing clear reports and updates on student progress. Monitor progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and collaboration. Maintain accurate documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports. Stay current with best practices through research and ongoing professional development.JOB PERKS
