Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This engaging position offers three openings, each working 37.5 hours per week with a caseload primarily comprised of students in 3rd through 5th grades, as well as 9th-grade learners. With a schedule spanning from August 14th to May 28th, you'll play a pivotal role in helping children and adolescents develop crucial communication skills. Ideal candidates are excited to collaborate, adapt, and drive student success in an educational setting. Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certification (CCC required) Experience providing SLP services within school settings Ability to assess and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload Strong communication and documentation skills Collaborative mindset for working with educators, parents, and support staff Adaptability to work effectively with 3rd-5th and 9th-grade students
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students aged 3rd-5th and 9th grade Develop and implement targeted, evidence-based therapy plans Track student progress and maintain accurate records Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and multidisciplinary teams Provide training and resources to teachers and families when needed Foster a positive learning environment that encourages communication growth Perks of the
