Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students with communication needs as a Speech-Language Pathologist. You'll collaborate with educators and families to create positive learning experiences, tailoring intervention strategies that empower each student's growth and progress.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience providing school-based speech therapy services a plus Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Comfortable using digital tools for documentation and remote meetings if necessary
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in adherence with IEP goals Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services within the school setting Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with district and regulatory standards Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success across settings Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility reviews, and related team conferences Provide resources, training, or support to school staff as needed to reinforce therapy goals
