Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a dynamic educational environment as a Speech Language Pathologist, providing essential support to K-12th grade students for the upcoming school year. This full-time contract role spans from August 6, 2026, to May 25, 2027, and is ideal for professionals eager to make a lasting impact within a diverse student population.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Valid SLP license in North Carolina (or eligibility for licensure) Open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced SLPs with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Prior experience in school settings is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for helping students reach their full potential
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Deliver both direct instruction and indirect consultative services Maintain detailed documentation and monitor student progress Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement Focus solely on contracted responsibilities without extra-curricular duties such as bus or dismissal supervision
