$55.00 - $63.00 / hour (based on experience) About the Role We're hiring 1 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Lemon Grove, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are both welcome to apply. SLPAs will not be considered for this role.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00

PM Hourly Rate:

$55.00 - $63.00 / hour, based on experience

Student Population:

Elementary Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to elementary students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and IEP teams Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Support student communication goals in alignment with IEPs Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active California SLP License California SLP Teaching Credential CCC-SLP or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) eligible Previous school-based experience preferred but not required Training & Onboarding Structured onboarding provided prior to start date to ensure readiness for the school environment.
