Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications, Education and Experience:
SLPs must possess a Master's Degree in speech-language pathology. We are accepting CF and SLPA applicants who plan to graduate in May or August. Current VA license in school speech-language pathology issued by the Virginia Board of Examiners for Audiology and Speech-language pathology (or plan to graduate from an accredited program in May). Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Director of Special Education. Conducts Assistive Technology evaluations for Alternative Augmentative Communication (AAC) using devices or other low-tech forms of communication.
