Qualifications & Experience:
Valid SLPA licensure (or eligibility) in Washington Prior experience working within a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills Passion for student development and inclusive learning Ability to implement speech and language therapy activities under the supervision of an SLP Detail-oriented with a flexible and collaborative mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to students as outlined by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist Carry out therapeutic interventions individually or in small groups Help prepare materials and maintain accurate documentation of student progress Engage in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed Adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs while fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere Participate in collecting data and sharing student outcomes with supervising SLP and staff This opportunity allows you to develop your skills, contribute to student achievement, and enjoy the fulfillment of meaningful work each day.
