Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our Outpatient Pediatric therapy team. At UnityPoint Health

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced pediatric therapists in a collaborative environment with strong interdisciplinary support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting. Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards. Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Speech Pathology Program Current Wisconsin licensure or eligibility for licensure Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years in pediatrics Experience in outpatient pediatric therapy Feed and swallowing experience
